1. Job Description: Micro-electronic Circuit
Assembler, Job Level 1
To qualify for the position, the candidate must
possess the following knowledge, skills and capabilities:

A basic understanding of micro-electronic
circuit assembly procedures. |
| 2. |
|
Follow written instructions and procedures. |
| 3. |
|
Ability to read bonding diagrams. |
| 4. |
|
Ability to work in a clean room under a
microscope. |
| 5. |
|
Use small manual pick and place tools to
perform part die attach tasks with minimum training. |
| 6. |
|
Use Westbond ribbon and wire bonding machines
with minimum training. |
| 7. |
|
Overtime may be required. |
| 8. |
|
Other duties as assigned. |
Qualified candidates shall possess the following
knowledge, skills and capabilities or be capable of being trained to:

High school or GED. |
| 2. |
|
Good hand-eye coordination. |
| 3. |
|
Have a great team attitude. |
